Allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery after the order is placed.  Please, allow more time for US orders. The delivery times are estimates. TYI will make every attempt to deliver your purchases within the specified time.

RETURN POLICY INFORMATION

  • Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price, no questions asked. Shipping and processing charges are not refundableBefore you ship the return back to us, please note the following:
  1. Due to hygienic reasons, all earrings are non-returnable
  2. Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your order receipt with order number.
  3. Make sure to ship the contents in a sturdy box(not a paper envelope or padded mailer), as damaged returns cannot be accepted.
  4. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking numbers.

  • Returns received past 14 days of receipt will not be refunded. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at store@thankyouindia.org
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after the merchandise is received.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Item

  • Please report any damage, missing, or incorrect item(s) upon receiving your delivery to store@thankyouindia.org. Please keep all the contents of the package in place and take photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
